About Our Community

Nestled along the Potomac River, Steamboat Run Community Association (SRCA) is a private community of about 100 lots on over 350-acres, including community property. In addition to its wonderful wildlife, SRCA has the distinction of being the oldest homeowner's association (HOA) in West Virginia. Shepherdstown is noted for having the state's oldest settlement, dating to the 1730s.
